This school in Sarmin NW of was hit today by a surface to surface missile loaded with cluster munitions. this is the blood of the students, where a female teacher and 3 children were killed according to local resources. another 3 neighbors were killed in the same attack.

[5] In the mean while, the Russian, backed by the Chinese, blocked UNSCR on cross boarder aid in Syria as they want to negotiate less aid goes there instead of more aid goes to help Syrian whole suffered military offensives on their hometowns either in NW, or NE.

[4] People wait for any few minutes of ceasefire to flee, and in the past 2 nights many of them were fleeing at night under a heavy fog, which caused many car accidents, and killed and injured more.

[3] The offensive targeted at least 3 health facilities in the past 3 days, and only another 3 are still functioning in a very reduced functionality, providing only emergency medical aid. While all other facilities stopped completely.

[2] Last number of population of Ma'aret ALnuman was 200 k. 60 k fled in past few days due to military offensive by Syrian and Russian regimes, still 140 k are stuck seeking to flee, even there is no place in the informal camps which were damaged by the rainstorm last week.

[1] Over 1 million displacements were reported in the past 9 months in NW of , and over 60 k of them were in the past 3 days from Ma'aret Alnuman area, which has been under barbaric offensive by regime and its allies, which caused more displacements.
