For the record, I contacted A's Lew Wolff for any insight on today's MLB ballpark committee meeting. Wolff"s response: "Really nothing new."

does giant's continued success make it more likely they would be willing to negotiate a settlement with A's over SJ ballpark?

No. I've asked. Does Giants' continued success make it more likely they'd be willing to negotiate settlement w/A's over SJ?

A's need to channel Al Davis approach. Just make the move, the sue the other owners

. it makes it less likely. the Giants are digging in their heels. The A's will not play in SJ. SELL!!!!

Its time for SJ to sue MLB or demand giants pay up for loss of potential revenue from having a team in SJ

No one will buy A's & stay in Oak w/out new bpark there. No real hope for 1.@blackkn87521433 A's will not be in SJ. SELL!!!!

More complicated than that, but nice thought. Time for SJ to sue MLB or demand G's pay for loss of revenue of having SJ team.

MLB antitrust exemption makes it problematic. A's need to channel Al Davis approach. Just make the move, sue the other owners

If I was Wolfe and had his money, I would just build a stadium in SJ and see if MLB won't let me move there

Real problem is lack of groundswell of support in SJ for a baseball stadium. You don't see this for the A's:

So why has Oakland produced no real ballpark plan? Don't understand why city's politicians have skated on this.

is that the same Knauss that moved Clorox to Pleasnton? Oh, it is. Tell him to put up 500mil for the team, 600mil for stadium.

@blackkn87521433 well that's all they can do if the team is not on the market If Wolff sells than they go in & buy

Yup, same guy. Wonder how many A's tix, boxes, ads he buys? is that the same Knauss that moved Clorox from Oak to Pleasnton?

Why didn't they offer last time team was on market? @blackkn87521433 That's all can do if team's not on market.
