The use of a Medical Review Officer (MRO) is an industry best practice & may also be required by law. DOT regulations require that all results be sent to the MRO. Ten states' laws require private employers to use an MRO (HI, IA, LA, ME, MD, MN, MT, NY, OK & VT).
