Regardless which country they are returning from, SM Ismail Sabri said all Malaysians once they come through immigration, will be taken straight to designated quarantine centers for 14 days observation starting this Friday. He advised those who are still overseas to stay put.

JUST IN : Beginning April 3, Malaysians returning from overseas will be taken to quarantine centers immediately for 14 days of monitoring in isolation, no more self isolation at home . SM Ismail Sabri has just announced this new ruling at PMO .

Please take it seriously , 165 have been charged for defying MCO. Most were fined , some in Sarawak were jailed between 1-4 months said Senior minister Ismail Sabri . 742 arrested yesterday compared to 828 arrested Sunday .

200,000 test kits from 🇰🇷 have arrived, right now they are being tested on its accuracy, apart from that, MOH is also trying out another test kits from 🇨🇳 that’s FDA approved. These kits are said to cost about USD5 to USD6 each. Malaysia plans to carry out mass testing next week

Economist Dr Yeah Kim Leng said the additional stimulus package will raise the country’s fiscal deficit to just over 4% of GDP and may not be enough if the crisis continues beyond June and Malaysia will not be able to avoid a recession this year .
