Distal HBP May have similar advantages but hard performance

Yes, distal HBP is my favorite pacing site, But we should make sure pacing beyond the block and good pacing parameters. Many questions: how to define it? The standard procedure? What’s its benefits?

Then we can get the maximum synchronized LV activation due to where there are relatively normal conduction nets

It is better to place the lead at posterior bundle area

Could we have the RAO and intrinsic QRS?

'Physiological Pacing' benefits the patients, also an exciting science for the operators.. Two in a day.. Interesting observations everytime..

Are you turning the helix in this moment?. I can see sudden change in times and morfology V2 with the same LB H time. Nice shift from S-H to S-LB-H in selective capture of LB. Thanks for sharing

An interesting LBBP case. A AF case with REFHF and IVCD received AV Node Ablation and HPSP. Look at the morphology of selective paced QRS.

Really nice to see the gradual change in paced QRS morphology with advanced penetration of the septum in a pt with underlying LBBB.

Nice LBB potential with juicy COI means that LBB pacing at low threshold could really capture LBB.

The morphology of intrinsic QRS is LBBB pattern, but not with completely intact distal conduction. So we should place the pacing lead proximal as possible or at normal conduction area. Could you post the X ray of the lead on RAO?
