IMHO, this inclusiveness will not be received well by the population in general. Its a vote loser without a shadow of a doubt.

2/2 UK cyclists scoff at anyone who didn’t spend a grand on the front forks alone, while wearing ridiculous pro-cycling lycra that is totally impractical day wear when they get to the office. i.e. bike snobbery is a thing here, Netherlands not so much.

1/2 Secondary key fact - Dutch people have no hang up about the actual bike itself, its components or what you wear while riding it (generally whatever attire they require that day).

There once was a man from Nantucket, Whose cock was so long he could suck it. He said with a grin, As he wiped off his chin, If my arse was a cunt, I would fuck it!

Are you suggestign elections in Scotland should, in future, all be on a FPTP basis then to stop this kind of thing? Thats an interesting take... 🤔

I think we all agree with that, however it appears to me the groundswell to have her replaced is because she is an idiot, not because she is a woman?

“Opinion: Mark Smith” There is never any point in reading beyond those three words to be fair... I’ll just leave this wee fleg here 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 for Mark. I know he loves them.

I disagree on that point. Anyone who thinks the decision is a precedent, or worse still, a green light to defame with impunity better have very deep pockets.

2 - taking this further and losing the appeal (which would be on a point of law) would 100% see costs awarded against Stu in my view. Unless his brief gives a pretty much cast iron assurance of a win (which he wont) this case ends with the sheriff.

1 - The Sheriff did make it kind of clear he didn’t really think the exchange should have landed in court in the first place. He has also given time for parties to agree costs. Thats the flag to each party to swallow your own

‘Winning’ being confirmation WoS is not homophobic, and also landing yourself a massive legal bill in the process. I’m sure she should learn something from her ‘winning’ experience 🤔

Wait! What? Thats your excuse for headlining a blatant lie? People need to know what they are up against? How about you *inform* people its a lie, rather than headlining it? Too radical an idea that one? Newspaper prints truth in truth shocker...

Sorry, option 3 should be split - 3. General election, then goto 1 or 2 depending on outcome 4. Second referendum
