They’re not though. In our echo chamber - sure, it seems that way. But when you talk to regular people who aren’t politically tuned in.....they still don’t see it. And Max is doing both - pointing out the problem AND illustrating the solution.

Our country is a fraud, our government is De Facto & the Constitution is a fantasy. We can fix this by holding Constitutional Conventions in all ten provinces and rid ourselves of our unlawful federal government!

I guess one could say that bringing truly alarming facts to other's attention in order to help mitigate them now is "climate alarmism" but that's a pretty misleading way of describing things. Has more than a whiff of mendacity about it, that's very unimpressive.
