Slow and steady often wins because it keeps you motivated. Take on manageable challenges and you'll get frequent signals of progress. Bite off more than you can chew and progress stalls. When you make progress, you want to keep going. When you break progress, you want to stop.

"My love for my wife, my family, coaching, basketball are wonderful things, but when you line them up in comparison to Christ and a relationship with him, with what he’s done for me and given me, they don’t compare. That’s the greatest truth I know.”

The fact that you go to the gym even though you don’t “need” to... is why you don’t need to. The fact that you save when you could spend... is why you have money to spend. Your habits create your strength.

Nope. I’d much rather see a hot / cool pack that does both. Rotating heat with cool is a frequent prescription for soreness and injuries. Figure out a way to have one unit that does both (with timers) so the sore/injured don’t have to bother with trips to feeezer or microwaves.

If you took everything all of you have ever hated... ever... combined it, and rolled it into a ball... it might be the size of earth. If then, you only took my single but furious, staggering and intense hatred of beets, rolled it into a ball... it’s the sun. Maybe bigger.
