Can't wait until the Cats play, and footy subsequently is significantly better.

Am an actually very curious Aussie fan regarding Thursday night. I expect our side will be very sternly tested...especially if the bowling doesn't improve.

I'm exhausted, essentially from trying to impress others (staying up late to improve CV/website, 4 hour sleeps, early mornings, forcibly partaking in pointless activities).

That is a stunning win by Bangladesh. They have just achieved the second highest chase in World Cup history with 51 balls (!) to spare. Not only have they won, but they’ve boosted their NRR significantly as well.

Wow, can't believe I saw that. Only plausible explanation is that this is 'instinctive' behaviour on the part of the security guard...but that's absolutely clutching at straws.

Have a feeling you'll be right regarding India here too. There's been some good late bowling, too, to be fair.

Capable of making contributions without properly firing, does Maxi. An excellent all-round game. No need to 'find' an all-rounder for this team because we already have him 👍

In a nutshell, the 'indie' way is being championed and encouraged. Both established entrepreneurs and those who have been VCs at some point. Seems that this approach is most appreciated by those who have been entrepreneurs and investors (i.e., with a rounded perspective).

Agree entirely regarding Turner. He's *precisely* what's required when one of the batting order's key identified deficiencies is the ability to maintain a fast run rate comparable with other contenders.

Fair to say it was their best win of the season, even if scratchy early?
