I don’t talk too much about my mental health. I was diagnosed at 17 as “clinically depressed” after a suicide attempt ( sadly the first of many ) clearly and obviously I was shit at suicide and thus you have to endure me.

Opening up my time, twice a week, for anyone that wants to 'Pair' and talk about any design issues, thoughts or advice that they're looking for. Read more on my site: (underneath the blob).

Following a friend, with an experimental exclusion diet. I’m cutting out social media and news for one week. Maybe two. To start with. See you in a bit.

Yes, what’s going on there? Really wanted to hear you tackle that.

I dunno, it’s starting to feel like they’re deliberately trolling us, skirting around any ideas that might make the campaign make sense. Genius. Look at us talking.

I’d assume here that the bobble goes toward the temp you want. But I find that assumption fails when the tap only turns one way (say, anti-clock) so you go all through blue to red. Normally, then only to find there is no hot water.

Was planning to distract myself from US happenings down an unrelated and pacifying YouTube rabbit hole. Ended up in an IBM Selectric typewriter hole, and discovered this amazing guy Now trying to resist searching eBay.

His conviction and persistence with promoting good sustainable design never ceases to amaze me! At this point I’d say he’s almost as important to Vitsœ as Dieter.

Thought exactly the same when I saw this just now. Figured it was because their research showed that customers (in their 30s to early 50s, that grew up with the original ghostbusters) were afraid to use contactless. That tv spot on campaign has me more confused though!

Got you. Same as my own take on the story. The bit where they say “...the Home Office could not be blamed because Apple "won't release the upgrade we need in order for it to function"” is amazingly ignorant / arrogant / irresponsible.

Submitted my nomination for the new £50 note: I encourage you to do the same, and to make it the fantastically inspirational yet infuriatingly unsung Rosalind Franklin. Don’t know her? Exactly. So watch this:

Anyway, how's you? Coffee soon? Let's find somewhere to stumble upon something new, to meet with the unexpected. A place where art, commerce and culture come together. Somewhere that offers an experience that’s out of the ordinary, that goes beyond being a place to buy coffee...

Got a new game for their homepage. Try to guess which images / illustrations you think might link somewhere, and to what. I was sure the coal hand would go to some sort of 'about' page and that the woman wiping her mouth would be a fried chicken shop.

My guess was that it was more than a mall / area of shops. But not totally sure. Also is it just a pop up or permanent? Still not sure.
