Have you seen the report from the HoL Constitution Committee that says there is a provision in Johnsons Withdrawal Agreement Bill that would allow him to amend or repeal the Scotland Act at will without approval of Parliament?

The Bill hasn't been passed but will be brought back in the new Parliament if Johnson has a majority
