Hi Mack - this is a known issue that we are working on reducing. We've begun shipping and fulfilling orders from store in order to get product to you as soon as possible, still working out the kinks and hoping to be reduced early 2020!

Hi Amy, yes, if it shows up as "Page not found" its because that item is temporarily unavailable. and the sale is also applicable online.
