Big fat raspberry to people with Autistic Spectrum Conditions from today. Took down Bill to give statutory clout to services. Sad to see sympathetic Lab backbenchers whipped to join them as villains of the piece. They could have been heroes

My colleague spoke eloquently this afternoon highlighting passionately that we need the Autism (Wales) Bill. He made reference to real examples of families living with a family member with Autism. We need to put aside party difference and vote for our residents.

We're proud to be having our leader 's voted on today with cross-party support. The Bill was developed with & will improve the rights of Wales' autistic community. Sadly, & Labour AMs stand to block it. We urge them not to.
