In Dec 1941, British, Indian and Canadian troops and HK Chinese volunteers outnumbered 4:1 defending HK. 1100 servicemen and police officers and 4000 civilians died, 1200 went missing, and 10,000 were taken prisoner. Honoured to lay a wreath this morning.
