What is the best book on SALES you’ve ever read?
(How to sell, how to increase sales, how to hire/compensate salespeople, etc?)

Been a while since I've read it, so opinion might have slightly changed since, but at the time, the best book I ever read about sales was "The Ultimate Sales Machine" by the late Chet Holmes. Dude was a sales gangster and his techniques were genius.

For those who don’t recognize the name, Chet Holmes at one point ran 9 separate divisions of Berkshire Hathaway and doubled sales in all of them within 12-15 months. Sometimes doubling year after year. Charlie Munger called him “America’s greatest sales and marketing executive”

It's a broad question. And it's important you define the problem precisely, is my advice.
2 best meta sales books:
1. 48 Laws of Power - Greene
2. Influence - Cialdini
But there are ton of simpler more practical "how-tos". And there's a tribe on negotiating.

This is a fantastically lucid primer on sales/BD by the VC who understands revenue the best, IMO - @DavidSacks:
