It always felt inevitable. In fact, that Gen. Raziq had survived this long was nothing short of a miracle. In 2013, he and I tried to count the number of attempts on his life - we counted about 40. And he was still in his mid 30s at the time.

I think for some people his book did have a very detrimental impact and we'd be wise to listen to that, as he has. Hence sending the Toast roundtable as that includes examples: "It’s fostered the sort of shame that follows me into my relationship now,"
