We’re really close to time-stamping (averages, SD) every step of the patient journey in the HGH ED for every shift. We will know exactly how our ED performs so we know when we improve. Diagnosis = right treatment

As a junior researcher, I am often frustrated that my type of work isn't celebrated because I'm not looking to study/improve disease states, but rather health systems/communication/collaboration/thinking. Can I be an explorer too?

More complications re: open repair for achilles tendon rupture... But lower re-rupture rates. For non-op = re-rupture rates higher, less complications! Dilemma!!
