Septal ablation with staged antegrade lampoon and TMVinMAC in inoperable highly symptomatic patient. Predicted neo LVOT pre-intervention was 0; after ablation and lampoon, post implant LVOT gradient of 6 mmHg. Pt doing well.

Delayed perc closure of large bore access using MANTA successful delayed (>4d) closures of large bore cannulae (14fr impella, 18 fr ECMO art cannula) US to guide depth (multiply x 1.5) and std deploy. Immed hemostasis. 👇Complet angio: arrow at access site.

Thanks for the question. 1.2% over the duration of follow-up (more importantly ~5 events per 1000 person years) is consistent with most prior literature for PVE.
