Dorothy Wilcox didn't spend her life cleaning houses and raising white people's children so that a developer could steal her five children's inheritance. Intergenerational wealth is how people get ahead. Every inch counts!

Infringing into the setback is illegal, a fire hazard, and it devalues the Wilcox's property, while adding additional value to the developer's property. It's stealing.

Despite a stop order, construction continues into the setback at 3145 Ohio Street as Dorthy Wilcox recovers from a stroke in the hosptial. The city is not protecting her property rights & is ignoring repeated requests for enforcement of the zoning code. Now a civil rights issue.
