Alberta is pulling out of the federal climate plan and I've called on the federal government to: ➡take this to the Supreme Court; ➡call an emergency session of Parliament to fix the NEB; ➡fix this mess; and ➡get construction re-started.

Today I visited the Arabic Bilingual Language program at Glengarry School. I was pleased to announce that as of March 2018, we have added a provincial Arabic Language Arts curriculum for Kindergarten to Grade 12 to our list of international language programs.

In Ottawa I let the PM and BC Premier know there’s only one outcome for Alberta: gets built. It means thousands of jobs, billions for economy, continent-leading climate plan, coastal protections. We won’t let up until the job is done.

Disappointed but not surprised. Our legislation is in line with jurisdictions across Canada. We are responding to women who asked for this. And we will stand with them.

It was wonderful to meet and chat with member of CAUS yesterday. Our government continues to support post secondary students across Alberta with tuition freezes and more mental health funding.

I am shocked by the violence in Gaza. The Canadian government must call on Israel to abide by its responsibilities under international law and call for an independent investigation. The killing, human rights violations and blockade must end.
