Jeremy Corbyn was — and is — uniquely unqualified for the job. He's like something out of a bad Karl Marx novel as reimagined by William S. Burroughs. Trust me: , & co. are cut from a very different cloth, more RFK than Pol Pot.

gave the party Corbyn. I know you may be thinking of doing this, you might have even commissioned the articles already. I beg you, in the interest of truth and the reputation of your great institutions, spike them/head them off. Thanks /end

Fellas: please resist the temptation to publish pieces linking Corbyn's fate with the Democratic party. No one on Dem "left" is as stupid, stubborn and trapped in a 70s marxist time warp. DEm vetting process not like Labour process that 1/

His leadership and policy have absolutely nothing to do with the DEm party and its candidates for the nomination. Sorry to @ you guys but I'm starting to see stories linking progressive Dems with this 70s Brit Marxist and his neo-Stalinist chief adviser. Stop it. I'm begging you!

Guys: if you see tweets linking the fate of jeremy corbyn "the LEFT" with what could happen to Bernie or Warren, please challenge. I'm begging you. Corbyn is uniquely bad and even tho UK is very like 51st state these days. (more)

As the dust settles & the left looks to rebuild, what can it do? Well, for one, as writes: The Guardian needs to think what effect turning its opinion pages over to student agit-prop authors has had. They are to newspaper opinion writing what Momentum is to Labour

It's nearly 1 pm and no meme of the poster for Dead Man Walking with Corbyn's face in it has crossed my feed. What the hell is wrong with you people?

That assumes they want to. More likely Tories realise they have a new base which is very similar to Republican base and just as demonstratively ethno-nationalist and they continue to pander to it while feathering their nests via tax cuts
