Thanks! I use a Canon 60D DSLR and have a nice f/1.4 35mm prime lens. I can get some super gorgeous low-light shots with it, or nice artsy DOF/bokeh when there's more light.

Sounds like you all are doing the right things. The assumption is that there's probably some 'second' infection/ issue compounding her CFS and making things worse.

OK. Yeah, she said she was starting a vicious crash. I wrote to our ID doc to see if there's anything she would test for. Just keeping an eye on autonomic functions is the things that come to mind first.
