Soooooo i was crazy enough to accept a bake off challenge against my friends at using at least one unique Zambian ingredient. Now you need to understand that Chef George is a legend and food at the lodge is nothing short of amazing.

I used to go by Tazara to Nakonde and buy rice and beans then head to Mpulungu in an open van to buy kapenta. I would put all this on a truck to Lusaka and deliver to Nakambala, Niec stores and ZCBC then wait 45 days for payment. Opened my first bank Ac at Barclays Longacres!

By the way this was an assumption, coz my kids love it and have it with their nana at lunch. But it's honestly non of anyone's business & it shud in no way affect anyone's rating as a wife.
