People in Olympia, look out for a black Toyota Harrier & a Grey Toyota Vitz, both don't have plates. A group of 4 guys are moving around robbing people. They pretend to ask for directions first then ask to use your phone. Avoid walking alone at night. Stay safe.

I am so grateful for the abundance of opportunities, moments and memories over the past few weeks. It's truly been an incredible trip around the world: sharing, growing, learning & advocating for the Saharawi people, sharing my climate passion and inspiring hope. Feeling blessed.

Its so easy to get busy with life, work, family, kids etc and forget to take care of yourself. This year I realise that self care is giving myself time to pause. And that pause ultimately helps keep me less...

Always carry a certified photocopy of your driver's licence in your car so that when you find a Zambia police mounted road block you can produce that instead of your actual licence, they are by law required to accept it as legal. Thank me later.

Guys, it literally is saving lives, especially in places where blood donation is not very popular. Donating may not be, but receiving can mean surviving!
