Dairy and my stomach don't get along but the barista at Himalayan Coffee House told me they couldn't do the latte art with almond milk so here I am suffering for art.

I had a series of chats over the past few days - democracy, civic engagement, design, digital anthropology, etc, and all these things are tied up with some amazing people I know. It's like a puzzle, all these things must come together for the picture to emerge...

Most online courses nowadays are like porn, they get you horny without context. It’s probably okay for learning superficially. Mentorship and human interactions are still the best way to learn the “craft” beyond the skill. Digital interactive storytelling may help a lot.

i'm so down to explore interactive storytelling! and also ways to leverage entertainment for the benefit of learning. think... an intense episode of BlackMirror Bandersnatch but the story is about... deciding the fate of your ATIP request...😂

anyone wants to chat about designing digital education/course platforms that are information-dense and touches on difficult-to-digest subjects (ie. law)? what did you learn from your design process?

1/THREAD: I want to know what my fellow late-20s to late-30s working friends think of this article. I LOVED it. “The End of Babies: Something is stopping us from creating the families we claim to desire. But what?” Kudos

Wow! I've been talking about this from a anti-capitalist perspective a lot. It'd be cool to see the decolonization perspective. :O Is this going to be recorded by any chance? Here's a past talk I had that might be relevant:
