It's windy today but dry and bright so should be good walking weather. Walking with us could be the best steps you could take for your health, why not join us at at 1.50 for a 3- or 4-mile walk. Having a natter makes the walk go quickly and is so enjoyable.

Walks are usually along the canal, round the town, along the lovely Railway Walk, sometimes we cross fields. We natter as we go and it is so friendly and enjoyable.

It's a bit cooler today, what a great day to join us for a friendly walk. From at 1.45 if you've not joined us before. Two walks of 3-3.5 or 4 - 4.5 ish miles, which go really quickly because we chat all the way.
