VITA (the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program) is vital to thousands of low and moderate income households in our community, and volunteers are what makes this program possible. Tonight we celebrated the 114 dedicated individuals who volunteered during the 2019 tax season.

Today John Miles with our Office for Veterans (blue shirt below) gathered with about 50 volunteers from Humana, Karl Truman Law Office, UAW, Ameriprise, & Park Federal at the USA Cares event. Together they assembled over 500 care packages to aid homeless veterans.
