'Twilighting' is when learners are only allowed to come to school between 4pm and 6pm. Have you heard of 'twilighting' and is it inclusion or exclusion?

My questions would be who is teaching them? What are the being taught? Where is their socialisation? Is this not a part- time time- table? How do they get away with that?

Today I heard about ‘twilighting’: a form of unofficial exclusion where learners are not formally excluded, but only allowed into school between 4pm and 6pm. I’m trying to get a sense of the scale of this practice. Please share your thoughts/experiences.
