This year is helping to co-host The International Day of Yoga in Princes St Gardens on 21 June. The theme = anyone, of any age, fitness, ability, can benefit physically + mentally with outdoor yoga. I took part last year & if I can do it, anyone can 👍🏼🧘‍♂️
