Spoke with a couple of MPs, an MPs researcher, a councillor. All were hugely supportive and very complimentary about the overall Loan Charge campaigning. Most felt that Boris would do something about it when he wins.

Lot of Conservative members came out after the hustings and wanted to know more. Everyone I spoke to was very supportive. Some were business owners and felt that the Loan Charge is a dangerous precedent that must be stopped.

I understand Fitz's frustration at trying to get anything done by those elected to serve us. this man has served his country, broken no laws yet now you are destroying his life by endorsing 20yr retro legislation. How empty do you feel when you sell out your morals?

Govt thought freelancers would be a small, disparate, undisciplined taxpayer demographic. However, these folks are angry with a common foe. They are also media savvy, multi-skilled, quick learners, networkers and problem solvers. What could possibly go wrong with HMRC plans?

What are you DOING to classify those hounded for as VICTIMS of FINANCIAL PRODUCT MISS-SELLING? Why has Govt not established/enforced COMPENSATION SCHEME as for endowments/PPI/SIPPs etc?

Was great to talk with loads of conservatives today about the unfair 20 retrospective loan charge tax. Most agreed that retrospective tax is unjust and wishes us good luck in getting a full independent review.

Excellent that the Loan charge demonstration can be heard loud and clear. It is essential that this draconian legislation is stopped before more bankruptcies, suicides and family ruin take place.

If this is allowed to happen then it will leave the door open for HMRC to do this again to other groups of people. If we defeat the Loan Charge we will also be helping others in the future. Your support and contribution in this long painful fight is invaluable! Thank you.

Another person committed suicide recently whilst facing the , but says he needs more time to think about whether to order a review. Unacceptable! Looks like I have to and hope that he will stick to his promises.

Thank you for challenging to agree to the at the final hustings. Very disappointing and wish-washy answer. Considering that he has had three weeks to gather facts and ask experts, for him to say he needs more time is unacceptable.
