Yes, you should be able to deposit this via the counter if you don’t have your card. Please be aware if you use our mobile banking app, you can deposit cheques up to £500 via the app. Ore info on this can be found here: . ^Katy

Hi, I'm Colin S. Sorry you don't like the changes, but all banks will have to introduce this from the 18th of December. We're looking at ways to make this as easy as possible in the future, but in the meantime, you'll get more info via our support page:

Due to ISA rules, you can only fund one cash ISA each tax year. If you're paying into your other cash ISA every month, you wouldn't be able to fund your Help to Buy ISA in the same tax year. ^Colin B

Hi, I’m Iain. Sorry to read your tweet. You can only fund one ISA in any tax year. Can you confirm if you have funded the other ISA in this tax year? Also, Help to Buy ISAs can only be funded by a single monthly Standing order, how were you trying to fund the account? Thanks.
