Edinburgh Anarchist Feminist Bookfair 5h
Organising the bookfair is expensive, we're budgeting for ~ £3500 of expenses this year. We don't have any institutional support to do this, it's all funded by our volunteers, stall fees & donations. If you'd like to help, buy some merch, or donate here:

Naturally WE think is brilliant & amazing, but it would certainly help us convince others that it's rockin if you could let us know what YOU think! Have ya spoken at an event or sat in the audience or peered through the windows? Let us know what it was like!

Is this a fucking colossal piss take of grandiose proportions or what? She voted AGAINST same-sex couples adopting, abstained from voting for transgender rights, and GLEEFULLY deported LGBTQIA+ asylum seekers because of her hostile environment policies. How dare she pinkwash us.

3 years of being insulted, exploited and asked to apply to stay in their own homes. Now reports flooding in that EU citizens are being turned away at polling stations, despite being registered to vote. The two step process is ugly discrimination

My poetry prof told me not to get involved in activism. She told me if I want to write essays I should write about craft, not sex trafficking or my people’s fight against deportation. I laughed inside & didn’t engage. Preserve your energy. Write. Do the work they say you can’t.
