When Comms Team contacted me a few months ago asking if they could use my Twitter pic for a future project, I thought I might end up on a small DN poster…little did I know I’d end up under our Trust Values on the wall at head office 😱 📸

That’s a real shame! Their purpose is to foresee and preempt acute episodes, ensuring that the wishes of individual patients is known and followed. Luckily us are about to go live on 1st July which will be across acute, community, care homes, everywhere! 💜

This shows importance of considering and completing doc before unplanned and acute care is required! Hopefully these issues will lessen as grows!

The campaign is up and spreading! Could you send this to anyone you think should know about it? Get them to join in. Google and retweet everything they agree with! It is pyramid selling isnt it? But it is getting the message out there! Thanks.

Great research exploring why patients at their end of life are admitted to hospital. More evidence of the vital role community nurses play

Dying patient? With one chance to get it right, every clinician who may discharge a dying patient (or co-ordinate their onward care), needs to know local policies & prescribing guidelines. Here's 's 3P checklist: can you tick off every box?

The perfect day to stumble across this old article about my dad. He spent all night digging stranded motorists out of the snow wearing a tux after attending a dance. He then went straight to work with no sleep & still in his tux! Happy Father’s Day 🥰👨‍👧
