Can you confidently say that there is rule of law in Kenya ? If your answer is not a resounding yes, then there is no constitutionalism.

Was Omar Al Bashir gov't toppled by military or civilian(Sudan Professional Association)? If it's SPA, then, military is simply usurping the people's power.

Getting a university degree does not equal to success. The same way the lack of having one doesn’t qualify for failure. It’s what you do with the knowledge and life skills you have that will make you successful. Don't let 'the paper' limit your success.

That is true. The fact that unions gave rise to many political leaders doesn't mean that it is political party. Workers welfare should be at the heart of COTU, I mean it should politic to advance workers interest.

I cannot agree more with Yvonne Okwara. COTU should be political in a sense that it advance workers interest. Never mind unions serving as springboard to political leadership.

All the evils that bedeviled national gov't have been devolved. The auditor general's report reflect the reality on the ground to a very lesser extent. Most of the documents of accounts are cooked.

You gave clear illustration of who these politicians really are, hypocrites! I doubt if they believe in the existence of absolute Being(God) and the day of judgement.

Yvonne: It’s not a problem when a politician gives out money in church; the issue is using that money as a political tool to drive a political agenda

The major challenge is commercialization of church financial need and politicization of church activities.

Giving out money to churches is not a problem. The real problem is politicians firing their political guns from the altar.

The long and short of China loan is simply economic imperialism. The borrowing should be checked and managed.
