Hi! Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the experience. Since the laptop was purchased from a third party seller, return will depend on their return policy. If proven that there's a hardware issue, the laptop will be repaired in accordance with the warranty. 1/2

Hi, Thanks for reaching out. We can only communicate in english. Please try these steps. Go into BIOS and make sure that HDD or SSD is selected as first boot device. If there is PXE boot option then disable it. Save changes and reboot. Let us know if this helps out. Jack_Lenovo
