Totally pal. All about learning. I didn’t say what I said to cause bad feeling. It’s what I believe, just my opinion. Id have Llanelli Town coaches only, teach them or create an identity and believe in it! From age 7 to the first team. Money shouldn’t matter too much then

And did you teach them what you were taught at Welfield? Did one age group have seasides way? Did the other have Albies’ way? Or all from FAW courses? So every age group is being taught differently. One club , one way . That’s how I believe it should be.

You’re well within your rights to disagree Daz. But what did you reach them of Llanelli AFC?Did you have an AGM where each coach knew the history or were told a philosophy to teach these players. Do Llanelli have one? Or do they use locals then pay ‘big names’ once in the prem?

Take the pressure away from a young person and you’ll see a far more in the player than you would in a trial/test. The pressure will come as they get older it’s a fact, but they’ll be better equipped to deal with it with age. Just my opinion . Good day 👍🏾⚽️

And the point in trials, I believe this may frighten young players. For a child it should be fun and educational. They should be brought into an environment where they can express themselves and learn LLANELLI TOWN’S PHILOSOPHIES... Not being watched in one game. always hoping.

No, not really, Wayne. A coach who has any ambitions of progressing should be using Llanelli Town as a ‘next step’ on their ladder and their local club being their first... if not, they will be held back, yes?

So then my question would be: Why doesn’t the town team have their own coaches?😳They are supposed to be setting the standards and examples. The ground, the premier league status, big players. Yet, they have no structure or any local talent coming through....

You’re a Liverpool fan...... I do not support Man City. I appreciate the brand of football they play. Most teams going down 2-1 would have crumbled against two away goals. They got the four , conceded and then VAR cost them. Amazing game , amazing team , amazing manager.

Yeah totally pal, but can see he wanted to press low with Fernandinho and Gundogan in the first leg keep possession play for the draw and rest men. But that performance tonight was an inch away from perfect.... I thought they were amazing, Spurs too . Brilliant game all round

Yes, and I love the fact that he was written off in both Germany and England by pundits and the media saying he will win nothing playing in his style and in his way......... 🤭

Trials? Why don’t you go around the local clubs watch some football and hand pick your players to accommodate the styles and philosophies you have as a club? Also, kids may become disheartened if not selected at a young age. Late bloomers are very common in football. 🤔

I know if he had Messi , they’d probably win it.... but watching that game, and to get a team to play at that level in a QF , I think is amazing. He’s the best manager ever for me, already . I LOVE watching his teams play and he’s created an identity for city 👌🏾

MESSI - THE BEST ALL ROUND FOOTBALLER IN THE WORLD. BEST EVER! He can play anywhere on the pitch and make the game look effortless. I love watching that man play this beautiful game. I do not get that feeling with Ronaldo. Each to their own, though.
