Not yet I'm afraid - my apologies. Rest assured we'll announce it once more information is available.

Fully understand and appreciate cautiousness! 👍 There had been a case where a malicious version of Ledger Live was installed, but it was quite easy to detect as it asked for the 24 word recovery phrase - which we'd NEVER ask.

Hello, I see that indeed a password - not a passphrase is asked. You can manually set a password for Ledger Live as to lock access to it. Read more about the password option here:

Hello Maarten, sounds like this should be currently on its way - have you received a confirmation e-mail after you had ordered? (just to prevent the underlying issue being a misspelled e-mail address) Don't hesitate to contact us here if you have:

Hello Michael, I'm not entirely sure I follow. Have you installed the BTC app through the Ledger Live Manager tab? Once done, have you opened the BTC app by clicking both buttons while its selected on your device, then moving forward to adding your BTC account?

Hello Steven, for now Ledger Live does not support Bech32 yet - my apologies. You can connect your Ledger Nano X to Electrum to make use of Bech32 though.

Hello Ahmed, this error usually appears when you have the Ledger Live manager open in the background while trying to add your account. Could you kindly retry this from the Portfolio screen?

Hello, I see that in the background you have your Ledger Live Manager opened. This currently causes two requests to be made to your Nano X device at the same time. Could you try this again while being on the Portfolio tab?
