Agree w/ 's preference ordering -- would add (probably at the top) to the system, and institutions (e.g., separation of powers, federalism, democratic representation, etc.). In other words, "idea" isn't just a desired public policy, but the commitment to a process.

Yes -- Trump's in trouble in the "Rust Belt" How do you know? Not just this: , but also this: the rise in disapproval (). Since 1/2017 in WI, MI, PA -- Trump approval has dropped by abt 5%, but his disapproval has risen by about 13%.
