3yo girl drowning, submersed for 5 minutes, arrived blue and in PEA. Tried to resuscitate for 2 hours in single coverage ED. Her dad placed his hand on my shoulder and said “she’s gone.” We cried as I called TOD. Yrs later he still thanks me when I see him
