Oh no! who's to say what this emoji is supposed to mean now? My vision of Twitter communication has just gone from messy to chaotic 🤖

:-) Oui! les mots, c'est surfait! On peut faire passer tant de chose dans un dessin ou dans une onomatopée ! 😉

I actually had to google-image what a flatpack was but, yeah, I feel you! Day-to-day analogies are a great help 😅...

Thanks Mara! You know I actually now think of you (and, to be honest, of as well) when I prepare my visuals ("Will Mara like this?? 🤔"... Well, I'm glad you do!🤭)

Bon ben voilà, j'ai fini mon premier tuto sur ✨shiny✨. C'est par ici que ça se passe: J'ai notamment fait des tentatives pour (m') expliquer la réactivité et c'était pas évident 😅.

Well.... Sorry to disappoint but they probably WON'T include tips about metaphors 😅... Though I still have to figure out what I can fit exactly in 3 hours time (reasonably). To your mind, can I expect/ask participants to be familiar with dplyr/ggplot/(tidyr) in the first place??

:-) That's good to hear. On the other hand, textminers (and tweetminers for that matter) shall probably hate me! 😱

Hehe Maelle I remember experiencing the same amazement (and relief) when I realized there was actually a name for my job, and it was not statistician, but "data scientist". (I guess one needs to be able to put a word on where one stands!) .

Wow😅. How did things even get as serious as various "hmmmm possible" ways to fund a work I have not (yet) agreed to do? I'm wondering... Maëlle, do you have a proper explanation to provide for this🤔???

Anyway I think it would be very detrimental for you to wait for my being ready to throw in a few diagrams 😔 But thanks for the offer and good luck with the book 😍

Your offering this is so flattering ☺️... But a) I am in over my head these days (and probably for a few more months) b) I only worked on only 3 of these diagrams so far (stringr, regular expressions, forcats) and still have little material...

You know, I'm now having conflicting flashes of me writing a book(down) vs flashes of me actually doing what's already on my to-do list. Argh 😵
