As part of our 50-Years-in-Greenville Celebration we are highlighting projects from the last 5 decades. Our history in GVL encompasses the design of several classic mid-century modern homes that grace upstate neighborhoods including the Dr. David King residence (1969).

Every year our team looks forward to Hands on Greenville Day with ! This year we focused on our goal of Serving 50 Families by lending a helping hand at Freetown Community Center. We freshened up the area by cleaning, planting, and spreading pine straw.

Congratulations to the LS3P Myrtle Beach office for their win in our inter-office 2019 Earth Day Competition! This office partnered with a local low-income housing community to build a rain catcher barrel to supply a much-needed irrigation system for the neighborhood. Way to go!

Our history in GVL includes a long friendship with the GVL Chamber. Our team designed the '73 Chamber building as well as an '88 addition. Since then our team has grown personally and professionally by participating in Chamber programs such as Leadership Greenville.

This month we continued our year of Serving 50 Families with an Earth Day themed project Judson Community Center. Our team educated children about waste, recycling, reusing and upcycling materials. The kids made robots to take home from upcycled material.
