Ah, it's me being thick then. Same reason, probably waiting on one of the legs to be finalised. You're best off booking the 08:42 or the 09:19 that day as they have been finalised. You could potentially wait but the release of the 08:19 isn't guaranteed. ^CMc

It just means Advance Single tickets haven't been released for that full journey. More than like one of the legs of the journey hasn't been finalised. You're better off booking the Advance Single ticket for the 08:04 service. ^CMc

It depends on your ticket type. If they're Advance Singles they're non refundable but are amendable. If you booked direct on our website then please see on the 'change of journey' process. If you have flexible tickets then these are refundable. ^CMc

We're encouraging people to amend their journey if they (the passenger) considers it non-essential. Some people do go for a day trip but I don't want to assume why people are travelling, unfortunately the policy applies to everyone, regardless of the reason of their trip. ^CMc
