We have arrived at Jubilee Hospital to see how the shortage of water in the Hammanskraal area has affected the facility. The hospital has been receiving water through tanks since the problem started, the shortage has created an undesirable situation for the hospital.

Past economic growth did not benefit the poor . Previously advantaged groups saw real job and wage whereas the poor and youth largely exculded. Youth unemployment has been consistently high post 1996 . It's time to change our perspective and we may address the problem
