PLEASE HELP LOCATE Mr. Bradley Hines (41) is a missing/endangered person out of Lake Stevens. He was reported missing today but has not been seen since Nov-11th. He is 6' and 265lbs and uses public transit frequently. If you have any information about Mr. Hines, please call 911.
