(1/2) Hi Kenny, thanks for your message and apologies for my late reply. I'm sorry your journey home is longer when the 1800 service from Clapham Junction to Dalston Junction is cancelled. I've looked into this can see there were cancellations due to congestion.

(2/2) In situations like this station staff are not advised to intervene due to their lack of training. They are however expected to contact the British Transport Police who’d attend covertly and monitor the station over a period of time. Thanks again, Jennifer

(1/2) Hello Stuart, thanks for your message and apologies for my late reply. I’m sorry you were tailgated whilst passing through a ticket gate. I appreciate how upsetting this must’ve been especially if you feel station staff turned a blind eye.

Hi Binda, I'm really sorry about the delay to your journey. We've had to make some last minute service alternations due to congestion on the line. The 17:42 was cancelled but the 17:57 should be pulling in now, 2 minutes late. Thanks, Tariq

Hi Jennifer, sorry for the delayed response. If pink readers are not working there's very little you can do, you will get charged zone 1 fare but we can confirm this and it's not a problem to process a refund. Enjoy the rest of your day. Thanks, Morpheus
