Yes that little red polygon is Kuweyres Military Airbase, "technical problems" (I forgot to activate a layer :S) the link is updated

Join Efrin to Kobane. Reduce Sarrin pocket, Raqqa pocket and Hasakah to Shngal pocket. Consolidate and build defenses.
