I am stuck. 2019, we had about 100 kindergarten children in our sch. 2020 I am being forced to eliminate kindergarten due to lack of community and other stakeholders assistance. UNICEF can you save These suffering children ? 98% illiteracy rate! Please.

Sir: what is the plan then? In Kiboga district we have no seen the works of the government and now we are going to wait for Chinese to assist us with poverty reduction. It sounds like a great idea but we need direction today, we needed it 10 years ago.....

Hope the two will give us CSM and NGOs a space where our grass root work and recommendation can be heard. Kiwonnongo Foundation has done a great deal for the communities served, we lack advocacy and networking with higher stakeholders.

I personally never heard of a word toy. My instruments to play with was a knife to peel food, a hoe to do gardening and a panga to cut wood and carry it three miles for cooking. Up to today, I would not change a thing about my childhood.May be education!

Due to lack of food security, we are growing our own food to support sustainability when our only ONE DONOR focuses on infrastructure. We lack food, water and classes. Support us get education to 100% of the community children.

Here our pupils are planting grass to prevent soil erosion. 400 children per year with less than 1% sch drop out is a successful story for us a community with 98% illiteracy rate in 2019! Way to go KFI!

We started that at st Jerome. No girl is sent out of school and no girl is declined entry to school no mater how poor she is. We treat boys equally so. Support kiwonnongo foundation keep children in school.

Another solution is to use the already CSM and NGOs and support them recruit more teachers to reach more children. Next yr we plan to cut off kindergarten programs due to lack of funds. Such a painful decision to make. 90 out of 300 children are in preK.
