President Abbas: Palestinians and Jordanians are one people in two states - Jordan and Palestine. We won't accept the idea of the transformation of Jordan into a Palestinian homeland.

So he admits that Palestinians and Jordanians are the same? That’s progress.

I must confess this seems a bit strange: if both are same people, why are two states needed?

I’ll just keep asking 11 Apr 18
The lack of logic of arguments never ceases to astound me. So one people with two states isn’t prepeared to accept another people with just one state.

Until now I was defining a people as a group wanting to live together under the same law, thus same authority. But Palestinians have two laws, one for Gaza and another in Judea Samaria, and two authorities PA and Hamas. With Jordanians and their king, that's three peoples.

Only Jordan is the original Palestinian state.
