It’s such a beautiful spot and the worlds most poleward seem to be doing well. Mangrove’s much taller than reported in sci literature, not sure if it’s because of or mis-reported in the mid-1970s. Any thoughts?

NO! NO! NO! There is a systemic problem if women cannot have a PhD & family. I have both & won’t deny it wasn’t easy. The solution is not to tell women not to do a STEM PhD! The solution is making it easier to achieve the balance for women and men (as they have children too)
