It's ! Did you know that proceeds from Trigger sales go to our parent mental health charity, ? What more reason do you need to top up your bookshelves with one (or more!) of this week's new releases? 👉🏼

Well that was splendid! Me and my friends have a Whatsapp support group for and you made us cry, scream (the glass) and then smile-cry (at the end). Cannot thank you enough. Bravo!

And the reflection is an ugly one. We can do so much better. Imagine the world we could create? Let’s make that.

Hi Jo, Im thinking the same, but I work for a mental health charity and people do use social media to talk to us. For some, it’s an important communication tool when they cannot bring themselves to talk face to face.

Stay alive for the people you will become. You are more than a bad day or year. You are a future of multifarious possibility. You are another self at a point in future time, looking back in gratitude that this lost and former you held on. You are not just THIS you. Stay.

To celebrate turning 37 today I’m playing a Panto baddy for the first time. Tonight’s final performance will also mark the very last I’ll ever be part of. I’m hanging up my thigh-slapping, “oh-no-it-isn’t”, and evil cackle for the last time.
