Following our statement on the reported stowaway on flight 100,we would like to state the following: 1.We are reviewing CCTV coverage of flight KQ100 recorded 24hrs prior to departure. 2.All staff who came into contact with the aircraft are being Interrogated. 1/3

Jambo! We have been informed by authorities in London that on June 30th at approximately 1541hrs (UK Time) a body of a yet to be identified male stowaway was discovered in South London. The body was traced to the undercarriage of KQ flight 100 that departed from JKIA. 1/2

We would like to confirm delayed flight operations at JKIA this evening due to a technical hitch with the civil aviation navigation systems(ATC). has restored the system & we are now working on clearing the backlog on the ground.We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

All airports under ICAO regulations and standards are obligated to do such drills once every 2 years to put to task their level of preparedness and safety standards. 4/4

KAA today conducted a full-scale emergency drill at Kisumu Intl. Airport. The Scenario: A medium sized plane with 30 souls on board crashed shortly after departing from Kisumu Intl. Airport. The flight was destined for Wilson Airport, Nairobi. 1/4
